Completion of Insurances and Other Private Forms
Cheadle Medical Practice has partnered with MediData’s “EMR+” service, to complete insurance and other private forms on behalf of the practice. This is of great benefit to patients as they are a dedicated service, who can complete these services much more quickly than the practice. It also means our practice teams are freed up to help answer other patient queries. MediData work with hundreds of GP practices up and down the UK and have the highest standards of data protection in place. If you require further details, please contact the practice.
If you wish to contact MediData directly, please email [email protected] or call on 03333 055774.
Use of Heidi Health Technology
At our GP practice, we use Heidi Health, an AI-powered tool that helps streamline the documentation of your consultations by transcribing notes from your appointments. This allows our doctors to focus more on your care and less on administrative tasks. Rest assured, your personal and health information is securely processed in compliance with UK data protection laws (GDPR). We use encryption, strict access controls, and ensure that only authorized staff have access to your data. If you have any concerns or would like more information, please feel free to contact us.
