Our vision is critical to everything we do.
Creating Our Vision
Our vision was put together many years ago with feedback from staff, patients, and the local community. It covers how we want patients to feel about our service, how we want to support the education of our teams and our communities, and how we want to embrace change to advance the service we offer.
Our Vision Statement
“Cheadle Medical Practice endeavours to provide high quality service, patient centered care, which is accessible to all in a safe and friendly environment.
All members of the practice team aim to listen, show compassion and help patients to the best of our ability.
We aim to create an environment in which patients and staff treat each other with mutual respect and dignity.
As a practice we pride ourselves in playing an active part in our local community and encourage patient contribution and feedback to help improve our service.
The practice has a long standing commitment to the continuing education of all our team members. We also train and support doctors in specialist GP training, students and other healthcare professionals.
We work in partnership with the wider health and social care network in Stockport and Greater Manchester in order to remain at the forefront of change within our NHS.”
