Medical Secretaries

Our Medical Secretaries work closely with the clinical team to link our patients into external medical services when they need further specialist advice. They manage all outbound referrals at the practice dictating and typing letters on behalf of the GPs. They work hard to completing a range of administrative requests made by patients for things such as insurance claims or large record requests.
