Patient Feedback

We welcome and appreciate any views or suggestions you may have regarding any aspect of our service, including our website. Please let us know about your experiences, both good and not so good.

Our team are doing everything they can to support patients through difficult times, however, if you feel there is something we should do differently to help our almost 12,000 patients, we’d be glad to hear it.

What feedback do we receive?

We’re fortunate enough to get a lot of positive feedback about how our amazing NHS team have helped patients in their most difficult times. If this applies to you, please let us know! It’s a real boost for our teams to see their hard work has an impact.

You may wish to read more about the challenges facing general practice in online articles.

Here’s a video where our own senior GP Dr Viren Mehta explains why these challenges exist:

Submit Feedback

The easiest way to submit positive or negative feedback about our NHS team is via the “Friends & Family Questionnaire” – this method of feedback is standard across General Practice. The below questionnaire is anonymous, but we review all of the comments and use them to provide feedback to our team and improve our service.

NHS Choices

You can also give feedback online via NHS Choices.

Again, all of these comments are reviewed by our team.

Complaints

If you just want to let us know something that didn’t go right without making a formal complaint, you can provide us with feedback using the Friends & Family Questionnaire. If you feel the matter is serious enough to warrant a formal complaint, it’s quick and easy to do so using the form here.
