• Appointments on time. Bev is great at getting blood from my very small veins!! Managed to get an evening appointment after work.
• The reception and admin staff are lovely and very helpful. So important as they are the first line of contact for us patients.

• Appointment with Aylin to check my blood pressure, she’s so understanding and explains everything clearly.
• Nurse Rezwana cannot do enough to help with my medical problems. I appreciate her help so much.
