Patient Survey – Autumn 2025
We were delighted to have 367 respondents to our recent survey. The questions are deliberately similar to those asked in the national GP Patient Survey each year. Generally, there are 80-100 respondents to the national survey from the practice, which we do not feel is a representative sample of our approximately 11,700 patients. However, these results show a substantial improvement from the national GP Patient Survey undertaken in 2025, but we feel we can do even better.
It has been amazing to see the hard work of our team recognised with survey results that have gotten better every time we have undertaken this survey, which has been every 6 months for the last 3 years.

Patient views of ‘overall experience’ have increased, and this shows just how much the practice has changed in the last few years:

- Spring 2025 – 76.9% positive
- Autumn 2024 – 69.8% positive
- Spring 2024 – 60.7% positive
- Autumn 2023 – 59.8% positive
- Spring 2023 – 49.8% positive
We hope this means our strategy of making it as easy as possible to book a GP appointment is resulting in massively increased patient satisfaction.
